APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment. If you arrive 10 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled. This is to ensure our client's scheduled appointments stays on track.

REFUNDS

gloss | NAIL BAR guarantees our services with 100% satisfaction within 5 days of service. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your service, please call or speak with our manager. We do not issue monetary refunds on services; however we will provide a correction service at no additional cost.
