Policy

HEALTH ISSUES

We request that you inform us of any allergens, current injuries and illness prior to any services/treatments. This is to ensure proper care are given and scheduled treatments do not, in any way, interfere with any medical issues you have. Your health & well-being is important to us.  Therefore, we place cleaning and sanitation above all else. We employ a three-step sterilization process that includes top-of-the-line autoclave for performed tools. We also exclusively use single-use files, buffers, pumice stones, and pedicure tub liners to eliminate the risk of cross contamination.

APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment. If it appears that you are going to be late to your appointment, please contact our salon for accommodation or reschedule.  If you are expecting to be more than fifteen minutes late, we cannot guarantee completion of the services booked, but as always, we’ll make every effort to do so. This is to ensure our client's scheduled appointments stays on track.

REFUNDS

gloss | NAIL BAR guarantees our services with 100% satisfaction within 5 days of service. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your service, please call or speak with our manager. We do not issue monetary refunds on services; however we will provide a correction service at no additional cost.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

We are not responsible for any lost items.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Expired gift certificates cannot be redeemed.  Gift certificates cannot be canceled.

COMPLAINTS OR FEEDBACKS

Inform the staff or salon manager immediately if you have any concern or problem relating to any service, staff or the salon or email us at glossnailbarplano@gmail.com.  Inform the staffs or salon manager immediately if you have any infection or any other abnormal reaction or condition with respect to your nails.
